Chart View

When you click on the Chart View icon, you will see your data in terms of a graph chart. An axis will appear for each unit of measurement with valid data. Using your mouse pointer, click and drag any to move them for ease of viewing.

Note: Data is arranged in the Chart View such that the current data point is at the right of the screen. For example, if you want to view data from June 2009 to June 2010, filter out dates outside of that range and the points displayed will only be from the time period you request.

By hovering over a specific datum, you can see the exact date and associated data. You may annotate your data points in the table view

Table View

In table view you can hide columns or devices and insert columns or filters. If you hide a column, it will disappear from the chart. You may edit which columns are visible in the Edit menu, in "Visible Columns." If operators get into a situation where you have hidden them all, you can go to the Edit menu > Visible Columns option to display them or select those columns you would like to view.

You can click and drag the columns, moving them around and changing the presentation of your data. You can double click on Date Time so that the arrow points up, ensuring the smallest data is on top and the largest data is on bottom. If you double click Date Time again, the arrow points down and the data will appear with the smallest data on bottom and the largest data on top. This function is available on all columns.

In the Table View, you can hide columns, make annotations, rearrange columns, or sort by the values in individual columns. If you click on the down arrow to the right of the column names, you will receive the option to filter data, hide the selected column, fill data, or insert another column.

Click on a desired custom cell and type text to insert comments. Make annotations to your datasets in the Annotation column. Click the column title and drag it to another location if you would like to move any of the columns.

You can fill editable columns by highlighting the desired cells by clicking on the first cell with your mouse and dragging down to the last. With the cells highlighted, hover the mouse over the arrow to access the drop down menu. Select fill and this will prompt you to type the text you would like to fill. Once you have entered the text, select ok

Operators cannot modify data in most columns, but you can change annotations to highlight, identify, or classify measurements. Users can also create user labeled columns. If you save a reading in AquaLink 4, the annotations will not adjust in the AquaLab device, but will change in the spreadsheet.
